Houston Kappa League reinforces the value of education. In longitudinal studies, Kappa League students were significantly more likely than their peers to believe that they would graduate from high school, pursue post-secondary education and graduate from college.
Please be advised that Kappa League is an entity sponsored by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. however its participants are not considered or affiliated as members of the Fraternity!! Through club oriented activities, Kappa League performs projects that will expose young men to planning, execution, reporting ideas, and simulating good leadership characteristics designed to raise their aspiration levels. All activities and programs are modeled around the following seven phases:

Our Story
The Flagship Initiative of the Guide Right Service Program is the Kappa Leadership Development League (Kappa League). The Houston Kappa League is a program designed to aid young men of high school age to grow and develop their leadership talents in every phase of human endeavor. Houston Kappa League provides both challenging and rewarding experiences to enhance their lives. Since the fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi is ACHIEVEMENT, it is therefore the Fraternity’s primary purpose to help these young men achieve worthy goals for themselves, and make constructive contributions to their community when they assume leadership roles.
Since the fundamental purpose of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is ACHIEVEMENT, it is of paramount importance that the Fraternity assist the young men of Kappa League by developing them as leaders in their respective communities.
